Social Media Content Coordinator

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator to join our growing team at HELM. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in social media design, strong in Adobe InDesign and related tools, visually creative yet detail-oriented, and comfortable owning social execution in a lean, non-team environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing and designing for social media platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)
• Strong visual design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic
• Experience repurposing existing content into new, engaging formats
• Ability to work independently in a lean marketing structure
• Clear spoken and written English
• Highly organized and capable of managing deadlines without supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong brand consistency awareness
• Available to work Eastern Time (EST) hours within 9 AM – 5 PM
• Reliable home office setup with strong internet connection
