Principal OT Security Solution Architect

The Principal OT Security Solution Architect role is crucial to Help AG's success in the market and involves pre-sales activities, client meetings, solution positioning, and technical account management. The role also involves ensuring customer success, technical vendor relationships, and internal enablement in the expertise area.

Requirements

• Assisting Business Development Managers in customer meetings
• Maintaining good customer relationships
• Recognizing customer technical requirements and generating new opportunities for sale, upsell or cross-sell
• Ensuring technical success of implementations
• Supporting the sales process
• Involving vendor presales and Help AG's internal technology leads as required
• Creating high-end technical content for proposals
• Defining proper scope of work (SOW) of any proposed solution
• Arranging, defining, managing, and monitoring proof of concept (POC) with customers
• Building and or assisting in creating LAB environments
• Ensuring empowerment of Help AG team members in area of expertise - OT security technologies
• Identifying and obtaining required certifications for yourself and the team
• Creating Help AG technology portfolio with special accent on OT security technologies
• Creating Help AG service portfolio relevant to OT security technologies
• Keeping the Help AG team members updated about news related to OT security
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation relevant to OT security
• Creating marketing material related to OT security
