Budget Analyst

The Budget Analyst is responsible for assisting with the preparation, modification, and dissemination of budgets to sites and to governmental funding agencies.

Requirements

• Build detailed line-item budgets annually for the assigned portfolio of sites
• Provide thoughtful analysis to the Program team during budget creation
• Modify budgets throughout the year in response to changes in spending and/or funding
• Participate in monthly and/or quarterly budget reviews
• Submit timely close-out budgets
• Update the accounting system to reflect the last approved budget
• Maintain complete budget files with source correspondence
• Serves as liaison between the funding agencies, Program, and Revenue teams
