Job Description
As Case Manager Supervisor, you'll provide leadership to the Case Managers at Logan Fountain, a housing shelter in Brooklyn, NY, and lead the team in delivering comprehensive services to residents to help them achieve self-sufficiency and permanent housing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field or equivalent experience and skills
- 2+ years of case management, assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention experience
- Supervisory experience in a case management setting
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid US driver's license (plus)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
