Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Coordinator will help families experiencing homelessness get their lives back on track by providing mental health, domestic violence, and substance abuse counseling, working with children who have experienced trauma, and participating in a multidisciplinary team approach to service.

Requirements

• Current LMSW or LMHC license
• Compassion and respect for parents and children who are experiencing homelessness
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development, emotional/behavioral health, mental health, parent-child relationship, family dynamics, and diagnostic classification
