Job Description
As Housing Supervisor with HELP USA, you'll lead a small team of Housing Specialists in rapid rehousing, helping clients find housing while achieving self-sufficiency. You'll handle a caseload of clients, supervise the housing team, and provide referrals to housing resources.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in providing housing counseling and placement services for people experiencing homelessness
- Outstanding customer service and conflict management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and pay keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- High ethical standards and personal integrity
- Commitment to the mission of HELP USA
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid US driver's license
