Job Description
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients at HELP USA’s women's shelter, assessing clients' psychological needs, diagnosing mental health conditions, and creating individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred
- Previous experience in mental health or social work settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
