Job Description
HELP USA is seeking a Safety Monitor Supervisor to oversee Safety Monitors at their assigned facility. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring residents' safety, helping residents feel welcome, and supervising Safety Monitors on duty.
Requirements
- New York State Security Guard License
- FDNY F-80
- FDNY F-02
- High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, or capacity to work with homeless families/individuals and/or disadvantaged populations
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide night and weekend coverage as needed
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
- Good writing skills
