This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and development of the company’s e-commerce channels, integrating sales, marketing, and technology in line with the overall business strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify (front-end and back-office)
- Experience working with agencies and freelancers
- Proven experience in building brand presence across social media
- Solid understanding of e-commerce customer experience processes
- Strong analytical and business mindset
- High level of ownership, independence, and accountability for projects and results
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to working cross-functionally
- Experience in retail / FMCG, especially food products, is a strong advantage
