AI Research Engineer- Signal Processing

Helsing is a defence AI company that aims to protect liberal democracies through technological leadership. They are looking for a mission-driven AI Research Engineer to join their European teams and work on complex and impactful problems. The role involves building in-house signal processing solutions and collaborating with teams across the company.

Requirements

• MSc in signal processing, machine learning, robotics, communication engineering or related field with experience in conceptualising, implementing and thoroughly evaluating advanced AI-based systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to report and present research findings clearly and efficiently both internally and externally.
• Solid software engineering skills, writing clean and well-structured code in Python and/or languages like Rust, Java, or modern C++.
