Financial Accountant

Helsing is a defence AI company that aims to protect democratic countries. We are looking for a Financial Accountant to support the finance team in Munich. The role involves performing various accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with at least 1-3 years post-qualification experience
• Understanding of accounting principles (local GAAP or IFRS)
• Strong knowledge of accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
