We are looking for an Export Specialist to coordinate and monitor our global export processes from order receipt to timely delivery, communicate with customers, forwarders, and logistics partners, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documents. The role also involves process optimizations, creation and maintenance of master data for export customers, and potential development into a Team Leadership Dispatch role.

Requirements

• Independent coordination and monitoring of global export processes
• Order registration, processing, and settlement
• Communication with customers, forwarders, and logistics partners
• Responsibility for customs clearance and compliance with regulations
• Review of incoming freight bills
• Requesting proof of delivery
• Work with customer portals
• Identification and implementation of process optimizations
• Creation and maintenance of master data for export customers
