Relief Staff (Concord)

The Relief Staff will supervise adult homeless clients in an emergency shelter, provide intake services, and develop and manage daily services. They will also communicate with clients, staff, and law enforcement, and handle emergency incidents.

Requirements

• Supervision of adult homeless clients
• Intake of adult applicants
• Develop and manage emergency shelter day-to-day services
• Supervision of engagement activities
• Communication with clients, staff, and law enforcement
• Documentation in case records
• Light housekeeping/general clean up
• Ability to handle emergency incidents
