Requirements

• Business administration degree (FH or university) with a focus on finance/controlling
• Several years of experience in the financial sector
• Leadership position (e.g., CFO or senior head of finance) in a trading company or family-owned SME
• Expert knowledge in modern ERP systems and business intelligence tools (especially Power BI)
• Fluent and confident communication skills in German (mother tongue or C2 level)
• Good English skills
