Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for Flight and Numerical Simulation of a HAPS (High Altitude Pseudo Satellite) balloon. The intern will conduct a short bibliographic study of the LOON project from Google, develop a flight physics model, and perform simulations to evaluate the flight performance of the aerostat.
Requirements
- Aeronautical background
- Experience in Python (Pandas)
- Interest in numerical simulation and/or control
- Knowledge of flight physics equations (Flight Dynamics, gas physics/law of perfect gases and Archimedes)
