Job Description
Provide technical advice and support on Hempel's product and services to customers, deliver services to customers, and evaluate customer needs. Assist in complaint handling, proactively advise on application and performance concerns, and ensure conformity to reporting guidelines. Conduct technical presentations, analyze problems, and implement coating solutions. Assume team leader and project management role for turnkey projects and provide technical training to junior staff.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Technical Subject
- Able to use and operate Ms. Office and related essential project programme/ software
- NACE 2/3 and FROSIO 3 certificate
- At least 5 years experience in delivering services or coatings in shipyard or shop line or refineries/plant environment
- Strong customers focus and orientation
- Able to travel within short notices and without passport restriction
- Good English competence (written and spoken) with good reporting skills
- Valid driving license
