Solution Architect - Finance & ESG

Hempel Digital is seeking a Solution Architect to design architectural solutions for Finance & ESG applications. The role involves defining target architecture, ensuring adherence to standards, and overseeing lifecycle management of key applications. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture within Finance IT and strong understanding of Finance processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture within Finance IT
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury, Consolidation)
• Experience with OneStream (including ESG modules), multiERP environments and other Finance applications (FIS GetPaid)
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GRI, SASB)
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and modern integration technologies
• Ability to work across both strategic architecture and hands-on delivery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge IT, Finance, and Sustainability
