Job Description
Perform tasks necessary for the day to day operation of a water treatment facility, including operation and maintenance of water wells, distribution system, wastewater treatment plant, collection system, and pump stations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Class D Water or Class 3 Wastewater Operator Certification preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a water/wastewater operator preferred.
- Prior experience in plumbing of water/wastewater systems (mains, service lines, and water meters).
- Valid appropriate state driver’s license (general operator license) required; Class A or B CDL strongly preferred.
