Expense Reporting and Accounts Payable Specialist

The Expense Reporting and Accounts Payable Specialist performs duties related to compiling and maintaining accounts payable records and financial data, preparing financial records and reports, and reconciling account balances. The Specialist will work closely with the Controller, Director of Corporate Accounting, and other team members to complete additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Reconcile accounts and financial data
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Ensure proper posting of G/L activity
• Operate and locate information in AP software
• Provide review support for employee expense reporting system
• Clear balances in clearing accounts
• Analyze cash activity and record entries
• Assist with monthly close process
• Prepare and maintain accruals
• Maintain organized and clean work area
