- Meet dealership sales goals
- Greet customer and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired
- Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive
- Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase
- Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
- Research availability of models and optional equipment
- Engage in business development
- Address customer concerns
- Maintain CSI at or above Company standards
