Job Description
Hendrick Motorsports is seeking a Performance Engineer to optimize vehicle performance through data analysis, simulation, and testing. The role requires a strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and a willingness to work in a fast-paced motorsport environment.
Requirements
- Experience in data analytics and programming for performance evaluation
- Strong background in vehicle dynamics, simulation, and ride development
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar)
- Accountability, accuracy, analytical skills, problem-solving, decision-making, deductive reasoning, detail-orientation, organization, adaptability, safety awareness, verbal and written communication, coordination, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
