Adolescent Program Therapist

We are excited to announce an opening for the Program Therapist at Hendricks Behavioral Hospital. This role involves performing social services functions and guiding patients in accessing therapeutic treatment skills to achieve optimal emotional health.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
• Indiana State license in social work (LSW) or mental health counseling (LMHC-A) is strongly preferred
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility
• Direct experience and strong skills in biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, treatment skills based on CBT methods, group therapy and discharge planning
• CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment
