Financial Counselor

Join Hendricks Behavioral Hospital as a Financial Counselor to verify benefits and eligibility on admission inquiries, prepare admission folders, collect co-pays/deductibles from patients, and assist with payment plans. Bonus opportunity available. 4 days per week with a Saturday rotation (7am-5:30pm).

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• A minimum of one (1) years' experience in admission processes and collections procedures, and a working knowledge of managed care
• Working knowledge of computers and business software programs (Excel) preferred
