Job Description
Join our team as an outpatient program therapist and make a difference in the lives of patients. This role involves providing social services, counseling, and therapy to patients, as well as collaborating with community agencies and conducting treatment planning meetings.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
- Indiana State license in social work (LSW) or mental health counseling (LMHC-A) is strongly preferred; the LCSW or LMHC license is preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility
- Direct experience and strong skills in biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, treatment skills based on CBT methods, group therapy and discharge planning
- CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure
