Role Overview

An Operations Lead provides dependable and versatile knowledge, skills, and abilities in assigned areas, adapting and performing at a high level. They ensure safety compliance, communicate updates, and perform problem-solving and troubleshooting activities.

What You Will Do

Perform a wide variety of production processes, ensure safety compliance, perform equipment set-ups and changeovers, and work on the line to maintain takt times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of parts, processes, and equipment for assigned area
• Computer literate using Windows based software
• Ability to read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerancing
