Assembly Associate Lead 3rd Shift

Role Overview

An Operations Lead provides dependable and versatile knowledge, skills, and abilities with a strong ability to adapt and perform at a high level in assigned areas. This role requires leadership skills and the ability to work independently and assist coordinators/supervisors as directed.

What You Will Do

Perform a wide variety of production processes, ensure safety compliance, perform equipment set-ups and changeovers, and participate in process improvement projects. Act as a mentor and resource to peer groups and maintain regular attendance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of parts, processes, and equipment
• Computer literate using Windows based software
• Ability to read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerancing
