Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in FinTech and the financial services industry, to join our team in Imus, Calabarzon, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent team collaboration, and a strong attention to detail with a strategic and analytical mindset.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of compliance experience in the US and/or Canada
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven background in regulatory compliance within FinTech and the financial services industry
- High attention to detail
- Hands-on experience analysing KYC requirements and filing regulatory reports (e.g., STRs/SARs)
- Solid understanding of AML laws in the US and globally
- Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
