We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and Cantonese, with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and has excellent collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- FINTECH and Financial Service Industry experience is an advantage
- Customer service, sales support, tech product support experience
- High attention to detail and organized
- Experience working with CRM systems, Zendesk is an advantage
- Navigation of Microsoft and Google Suite Products
- Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technology
- Excellent collaboration skills
