Job Description
HR Supervisor responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compensations and benefits, and other HR-related tasks. Conducts secondary interviews, ensures recruitment timelines, and coordinates with various departments.
Requirements
- Conducting secondary interviews
- Ensuring completeness of Recruitment Summary Report
- Coordinating with IT and ADMIN Department
- Ensuring completeness of Employees Master File
- Assisting and facilitating evaluations, regularizations, transfers & promotions
- Conducting regular check-ins with employees
