
Job description
Provide technical support to ACM representatives and customers, identify and implement new applications of products, and train customers and representatives on products and technologies.
Provide technical information, perform product demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize customer interactions. Supervise the ACM Loctite Tech Center and generate technical documentation.
Drive customer experience, leverage customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities. Work with the marketing department on technical matters and contribute to the company's business objectives.
