Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes. Responsible for products application/technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customers.
Provide solutions to customers, perform technical visits, and consult on customized product applications. Troubleshoot issues and drive customer experience optimization.
Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage customer feedback to drive business opportunities.
