Job description
A Senior Application Engineer drives technical solutions for customers by recommending and customizing adhesive applications, supporting product trials, and resolving complex quality issues.
Responsible for product recommendation, customized product applications, new product demonstration and troubleshooting for customers. Investigate and address product quality issues / customers complaints.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential to succeed in this customer-facing technical role.
