Job description
Responsible for product recommendation, customized product applications, and technical visits for customers in various market segments. Works with application equipment and support process optimization to provide solutions to enhance customer processes.
Perform product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and laboratory work for customers. Manage technical lab in Chonburi, ensuring timely maintenance and calibration of equipment. Conduct product application and/or technical training for customers and internal team.
Requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with global teams. Must be able to share knowledge and experiences with team members and promote internal innovations.
