Fleet Coordinator

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support operations at its Kittanning, PA satellite office. This role is responsible for managing the daily coordination and compliance of fleet vehicles and construction equipment supporting regional projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in fleet coordination, equipment management, or construction operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment compliance requirements (registrations, insurance, inspections)
• Experience coordinating maintenance and working with third-party vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet or asset management systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
