Requirements

• Lead negotiations and finalize commercial deals
• Work closely with the Executive Committee to communicate leadership decisions
• Drive the implementation of cross-functional initiatives
• Identify and resolve friction points within the business
• Prepare the Chairman and ExCo for Board and meetings
• Manage the operational rhythm of the Chairman's office
• Monitor the internal climate of the firm to identify emerging risks
• Lead sensitive, early-stage assignments—such as market entries or internal restructuring
