We are looking for an Assistant Service Center Manager to join our team. The role involves building and developing a diverse team, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various tasks related to oil changes and maintenance.
Requirements
- One year experience as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager AND at least six months of automotive experience OR two years as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager in a customer facing retail establishment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
