Job Description
Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta is seeking a Service Advisor to build trust with customers and provide excellent service. Service advisors will greet customers, conduct vehicle inspections, prepare repair orders, and maintain customer relations. They will also be responsible for maintaining vehicle records and communicating with technicians.
Requirements
- Submit to a background and drug screen
- Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Proven experience working within a team environment
