As a service advisor, you will be the face of the service department, building trust and gaining repeat business with customers. You will be responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for customers, greeting them on the lane, performing a walk-around of the vehicle, and preparing repair orders. You will also establish and maintain customer relations, verify warranty and service contract coverage, and develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
