Job Description
Service advisors are the face of the service department at Hennessy, building trust and gaining repeat business with customers. They are responsible for ensuring an excellent experience.
Requirements
- Must submit to a background and drug screen
- Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Proven experience working within a team environment
