Job Description
The Real Estate Senior Technical Lead serves as a key contributor in shaping the real estate team's strategies, requiring advanced analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and specialized knowledge in real estate investments, financial structuring, and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field required
- Master’s degree or relevant certification (ARGUS) strongly preferred
- 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management, or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of real estate investment structures, including joint ventures, fund level reporting, and complex financing
- Expertise in dynamic modeling and valuation of diverse property types
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and capital markets
- High proficiency with Excel, ARGUS, CoStar and other real estate analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership and present to executive audiences
- Proven ability to mentor and coach peers and junior team members
- Analytical thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
