Network Partnership Specialist (Dental Plans)

The Network Partnership Specialist will manage and grow key network partner relationships to support DentalPlans.com's dental savings plans and insurance products. The role requires developing strong relationships with network partners, managing day-to-day communications, and leading the full lifecycle of network plans.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of related experience
• Experience in the dental industry or medical industry is required
• Solid understanding of the company’s market, products, key players, technologies, and relevant contacts
• Proven track record of developing high-level relationships and successfully selling complex value propositions
• Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally
• Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding timelines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a creative and effective manner
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
