CA Administration Coordinator

Administrative Assistant - Contract until March 2026. Manage meeting room calendars and expenses, book and coordinate meetings, create and organize webinars and events. Compile and maintain reports, log and distribute mail, and perform light housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in office administration or business
• Three to five years of previous administration experience in a large business environment
• Knowledge and understanding of using tact and diplomacy in matters of business confidentiality
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel or additional calendar management software
