Requirements

• Review and amendment of standard contracts in German and English
• Management of contracts, including general terms and conditions (purchase/sale), lease, delivery, and data processing contracts, and confidentiality agreements
• Maintenance and update of entries in the commercial register and transparency register for German companies
• Creation of corporate law documents in German
• Answering Know-Your-Customer queries (KYC) from financial institutions in German or English
• Support for obtaining powers of attorney
• Coordination of notary appointments
