Director, SAP Commerce Cloud Operations

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of SAP Commerce Cloud Operations to lead the operational management, optimization, and support of our SAP Commerce Cloud platform.

Requirements

• Lead day-to-day operations and support SAP Commerce Cloud environments.
• Establish and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and incident response protocols.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and uptime of the commerce platform.
• Collaborate with business, product, and IT leadership to align commerce operations with business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for platform enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvements
• Build and lead a team of engineers, DevOps professionals, and support staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation
