Equipment Service Technician - LI & 5 Boroughs

The Equipment Service Technician is responsible for providing repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner, and may also provide basic installation services as needed.

Requirements

• Provide repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain the necessary tools of the trade and have them readily available to perform installation and repair services
• Follow proper troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors on technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations to optimize the customer experience
• Maintain and manage proper levels of inventory in van
• Attend all required training
• Comply with all OSHA regulations
