Job Description
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the residence during assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight coverage as scheduled. The Shift Supervisor provides direct supervision to program staff and ensures that residents receive services that meet regulatory, contractual, and agency standards, including housing placement outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in human services, behavioral health Shelter, or a related field
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Fire Safety Director / Fire Safety and Alarm Systems (F-80) certification
- Ability to work fully onsite in the Lower East Side
