Job Description
Meal Deliverers for the Meals on Wheels program deliver nutritious meals to homebound, incapacitated, and isolated seniors throughout designated areas of Manhattan, conducting brief wellness checks and building positive relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year Food deliverer experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry bags between 15lbs and 30lbs
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to walk at least one mile to complete deliveries
