As the Command, Control and Intelligence Systems Technician, you will provide Fleet Technical Assistance, interpret shipboard technical documents, and assess, repair, and document equipment deficiencies. This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Secret level DoD clearance
- IAT Level I IA baseline certification per DoD 8570.01
- CE/OS certificate (Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator)
- 10-hour OSHA Maritime Employment Course #7615 completion card
- Full time, hands-on experience in Fleet Technical Assistance, Assessment and Logistical Support of U.S. Navy ships' Command, Control and Intelligence Systems
- Full time, hands-on experience in interpreting shipboard technical documents to assess, repair and document equipment deficiencies, and configure equipment in alternate structures to meet mission requirement
- Working knowledge of Maintenance and Material Management (3M)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work aloft, or in confined or secure spaces with potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, climb stairs, and prolonged standing for up to 6 hours daily
