Customer Service Agent EU/INT (m/w/d)

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for order capture, customer inquiries, and order management in SAP. You will maintain customer master data, track open items, and manage credit limits. You will also coordinate with external sales employees and handle customer complaints.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial sales support
• Proficient use of MS Office and SAP S4/HANA
• Secure conversation skills in German and English
