Job Description
The NPI Senior Project Manager will lead complex electrophysiology catheter projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive successful results. The role will support a variety of projects within medical device contract manufacturing and contract design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience
- Expert level knowledge of project management tools and processes
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient at solving problems in a timely manner
- Extensive experience guiding teams in risk assessment and mitigation activities
- Strong knowledge of finance fundamentals as related to projects
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and leading through it
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Previous experience with ultrasound or complex diagnostic catheter experience preferred
